Tech Show London 2026

Designing a main stage that truly fits a show theme is always the goal and this one delivered on every level.

PSP Exhibitions long standing client, Closer Still Media, were looking for a main stage design that aligned with the overall ‘Tech’ theme of the 2026 London Tech Show, while also working for an audience of 500 people and supporting a wide range of speakers, panels, and keynote sessions throughout the event.

With fast-paced content and multiple speakers across the day, the production relied heavily on a crew that were quick, adaptable, and always ready to respond to changing requirements.

The production setup included:
🚀 Custom-designed 10m x 4m LED screen
🚀 Content powered through the PixelHue P80 video switcher
🚀 Full 12-speaker d&b sound system
🚀 Live camera feed to screen with content recording
🚀 Astera Hyperion and Titan Tube feature lighting
🚀 Keynote sessions streamed across the entire hall to 15 additional theatres

A great example of how the right tech, the right design, and the right team can keep a complex event running smoothly from the first speaker to the last.

One of the key pieces of kit we used on site is the PixelHue P80 4K processor. In simple terms, it’s the brain of the video system. All the different sources, presentation laptops, cameras, playback servers, and graphics all feed into the P80, and from there we can switch between them, layer content, create picture-in-picture, and send the right content to the right screens around the venue.

During a live show, this allows us to seamlessly transition between slides, live camera, and video playback without the audience ever seeing what’s happening behind the scenes. We can also send different content to multiple screens at the same time, whether that’s a main LED wall, confidence monitors, or relay screens.

It’s one of those pieces of equipment the audience never sees, but without it, todays live events and productions simply wouldn’t run the way they do!

The P80 is one of the items that we have recently invested in here at PSP and it certainly has not disappointed!

Stuart from A.C. Entertainment Technologies shared "I am delighted to support the team at PSP on this exciting new purchase. Their knowledge and attention to detail not only influenced their own purchase but has also influenced future features. A brilliant experience and I look forward to seeing the P80 in action on PSP’s projects"
