Big Ideas, Bold Design, and Brilliant Delivery with BCD at Foodbuy 2025

The Foodbuy Supplier Conference took place in 2025 at ExCeL London – a one-day event that brought together industry leaders, partners, and suppliers for a full day of insight, connection, and celebration. PSP proudly supported our long-standing client, BCD Meetings & Events, by delivering comprehensive technical production and staging for the event, covering both the daytime conference and the evening gala dinner.

We provided a bold and impactful main stage design, featuring two 8m x 3.5m LED walls with three 1m x 3.5m LED columns in between to add depth and dimension. This was supported by complete staging, lighting, audio, and video control and switching, all designed to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Across the wider expo area, we installed a series of digital signage totems and display screens, helping to guide attendees and reinforce the brand presence throughout the venue.

In total, 35 crew were involved across rigging and de-rigging, supported by two articulated trucks to transport the full production setup in and out with precision. Every detail was carefully planned and executed to deliver a high-quality experience for both the client and attendees.
