Behind the Scenes at Digi Gov 2025 with PSP Exhibitions

Digi Gov 2025 brought together the UK’s leading digital government innovators for a showcase at Excel London, and PSP Exhibitions was proud to partner with GovNet to deliver a full technical solution across the event.

Our team of 11 crew members worked across multiple spaces to bring the event to life. Equipment and staging arrived on one arctic truck and one 17-tonne vehicle.

PSP Exhibitions provided six fully equipped theatres, each featuring a mix of 65” and 75” plasma screens, digital lecterns, and Axient wireless microphone kits. The sets were elevated with Astera tube décor and a truss layout, adding a modern and dynamic visual edge to the spaces.

All theatre sessions were audio recorded, supporting post-event content creation and archiving. In addition, we installed a dedicated podcast studio on the show floor, enabling live and recorded interviews with speakers and guests throughout the event.

The drinks reception was enhanced with a full PA and lighting setup, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for networking and celebration.

Across the exhibition, PSP Exhibitions deployed over 50 expo screens, delivering seamless content playback and branding opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors.

From pre-production planning to post-event audio capture, Digi Gov 2025 was a great example of PSP Exhibitions’ turnkey approach to technical delivery efficient, creative, and always tailored to the client’s vision.
