Staging Success at TFM & Ecommerce 2025 with PSP Exhibitions

TFM & Ecommerce 2025 lit up Excel London, bringing together leaders in retail tech and digital commerce for two days of innovation, insight, and connection. PSP Exhibitions was proud to partner with CloserStill Media to deliver a full technical solution across the event.

With a crew of 25 and a fleet of three 40ft trucks plus a 17-tonne vehicle for the Growth Summit in the Platinum Suite. PSP Exhibitions managed a large-scale, multi-zone setup with precision and flair.

PSP Exhibitions provided a full suite of AV and staging solutions, including:

8-speaker PA system using D&B equipment
8-way digital radio mic kit for seamless speaker transitions
Twin-screen projection with Panasonic laser projectors
Camera and audio recording for post-show editing
Moving lights, LED uplighters, and Portman P1s for a tungsten-look finish

The headline main stage was a standout feature, enhanced by a beautifully designed set and lighting arrangement. PSP Exhibitions also created and captured visuals throughout the event, which are available for sharing and showcase the atmosphere and energy of the show.

Pre-event, PSP Exhibitions developed detailed CAD drawings to map out the technical layout and ensure smooth delivery. Post-event, the team also handled video edits to support TFM.
