Delivering Impact at Victoria Warehouse for Hilti

PSP were proud to work alongside Top Banana in delivering Hilti’s 2026 Kick Off - a high-impact, one-day conference followed by an evening celebration at the iconic Victoria Warehouse in Manchester.

A central feature of the event was a large-format projection solution designed to maximise visual impact across the expansive industrial style venue. Twin 20K projectors delivered high-resolution, high-brightness content onto large screens, ensuring clarity, vibrancy, and visibility for all 900 delegates throughout the daytime conference programme.

To provide complete confidence ahead of show day, PSP’s in-house design team produced detailed pre-event 3D visualisations. These allowed Hilti to fully understand sightlines, stage layout, screen positioning, and overall technical integration, enabling informed decisions and eliminating uncertainty prior to installation.

Lighting played a critical role in transforming the warehouse space from conference environment to evening celebration. Ayrton Rivale fixtures were strategically deployed to create depth, movement, and colour dynamics throughout the venue. The design enhanced stage presence during presentations and evolved seamlessly into a high-energy look for the evening entertainment.

A distributed sound reinforcement system featuring Y10P loudspeakers ensured consistent and clear audio coverage across the full footprint of the venue. The system was carefully designed to provide balanced sound levels for both spoken content and live entertainment, maintaining clarity and impact for every attendee.

This project exemplifies PSP’s integrated approach — combining technical precision, creative design, and collaborative delivery. Working alongside long-term partners Top Banana, we helped create a technically robust, visually striking, and memorable event experience for Hilti and their guests.
