Apteco Live

The two-day Apteco Live! event brought together both in-person and virtual audiences for an engaging and dynamic experience. Day one took place at the National Space Centre, where attendees joined in-person while we live-streamed the event to remote viewers via our bespoke platform, VEH.

Day two was fully virtual, hosted from our Green Screen Studio at B30. The programme featured a range of cutting-edge tools, including E2, Vmix, advanced sound and graphics, and an immersive green-screen setup. Founder and Managing Director James Alty, who hosted the event, was transported to the “Apteco space station”, adding a creative twist to the event which supported the Space theme of day 1.

Highlights included live software demonstrations, interactive segments, and an unforgettable finale, where James made his exit in dramatic fashion—being “eaten” by an alien! The event perfectly blended technology, creativity, and fun to deliver a truly memorable experience.
