Venue: The Brewery, London

Brief: Create a boxing ring with the feel of Caesars Palace which will host a day long debate between 2 of the world' top management gurus. 400 people attended the event and were sat in the round. De-rig time
1 hour.

Solution: The boxing ring had to be custom built, everything had to be ground mounted for the 1 hour de-rig. A 5m high metal truss system where 8 plasmas, speakers 12 moving lights was used. Arc-line stobes were on each truss of the legs. The event brought together Tom Peters and Richard Scase. 5 live cameras and vision mixing unit provided live camera and record to enable 360 degree viewing . A crew of 28 were used to ensure that the room was completely empty 1 hour after the event finished!
