Venue: The Mandalin Oriental
Brief: Deliver a lunch time wards ceremony to 150 guests. To surpass previous years in terms of technical delivery and deisgn. Whilst ensuring that the budget is kept to a minimum.
Solution: The key was to deliver a solution with a minimal rig time to ensure that costs were kept to a minimum. Using a simple rear projection set, with some customised elements we were able to keep costs down whilst ensuring that the design wasn't compromised. PSP supplied all AV elements and set and stage. Graphics were produced in keynote and run DVI through a Barco CLM R10, this produced stunning picture quality. The lighting rig used LED micros, P90's, battens and Mac 250's.
