Pega, who provide business process management held a one day conference at the Royal Lancaster in London, 250 guests attended. Rodber Thorneycroft commissioned PSP to provide technical management for the conference.

The set used LED lighting and featured 2 screens for graphics. A custom built circular stage module was designed to reflect the logo of the conference "Mind the Gap". Plasma screens were provided for the exhibition area.
