Held at the Manchester Central Exhibition and Conference Centre, with over 3,500 delegates in attendance from all over Europe . A two day experience for delegates that would inform, stimulate, support, fundraise and entertain. The Convention included forums with leading neurologists to present and debate the latest medical thinking. Providing an opportunity with exhibition space to sample and buy the latest products on the market.

The main set was lit using Mac 700’s, and a mixture of LED fixtures and generic lighting. Sound was provided by a D&B system. Projection of the main conference screens utilised two Sanyo 12,000 lumens projectors, showing, graphics, video playback and live camera.

It is of great importance for this event, given the circumstances of many of its delegates, that sound and vision is accessible in terms of delegates being able to hear and see it. In addition a loop system was installed for the hard of hearing and a pallentypist. The text was then projected on to a 12ft wide screen.
