PSP were appointed by leading events agency Top Bannana to provide technical services and project management for the Gucci conference in Milan. The event was held at Hotel Villa D'Este by Lake Como outside of Milan. 180 guests attended the 2 day event.

The 2 day event consisted of a conference with 7 breakout rooms, a cocktail reception and dinner. The cocktail reception was held in the stunning grounds of the hotel with a performance by Cirque D'Soleil. LED lighting was used outside to provide colour changes and movement to the buildings within the gounds.

The main conference was held in the round PSP supplied projection, 2 x screens, 4 x live cameras, video playback, graphics and sound.
