World of Cricket Gala Dinner
The guildhall hosted a very special evening attended by the global stars of world cricket. Members of the Twenty20 World cup winning england team were in attendance and even brought the trophy along!
The evening was hosted by Mark Nicholas and the panel included Ricky Ponting and Graeme Swann. The event was all in aid of Pitch Perfect with over £80,000 being raised.
PSP designed a set including a large 16x9 screen and a circular effects screen. All on-screen graphics were produced in keynote. A large LED lighting rig was used throughout the guildhall to uplight various features and bring the room to life. Video playback came from the grass valley turbo, with our friends at Top Banana producing all the content. 2 live cameras relayed the action from the stage around the room. A yamaha LS9 took care of the mix.
