Kia Sportage Launch
To coincide with the launch of the Kia Sportage PSP were appointed by Niche Films to provide technical services.
6 shopping centres around the country were used. With members of the public invited to sit in the car and be filmed in action. The car was positioned in front of a green screen, so the guests in the car were able to see themselves in real time interact with footage on the green screen. Various scenes were filmed in advance by Niche Films - from a beach scene featuring a giant Octopus to a drive along a mountain road with a dive bombing plane.
A ground mounted truss system housed the 7m x 3mm green screen. A Z7 was used hooked up to the Sony anycast which did the real time Key. 2 truss mounted plasmas were used to relay the imagery to the guests.
A technical team of 2 were at all the venues to facilitate the event.
