Cadburys Sales Conference
Cadburys annual sales conference was held at the Sofitel for 900 delegates. PSP were appointed to provide video, projection, control and all sound equipment. A technical crew of nearly 20 were on-site for the event.
The set consisited of three 16 x 9 front projection screens, Barco CLM R10's were used for projection. Two Sony D55 camera channels, mixed through a MX70 provided relay and record. Video playback came from the Grass Valley Turbo.
A nexo sound rig was used with twenty radio microphone channels to support the conference and also a full band rig for the evening entertainment.
There were a further 5 breakout rooms as well as the main plenary session.
In the evening the crew even got dressed up as part of the gala dinner! The gala dinner saw two live bands perform and a DJ. Lasers and mirror balls helped to provide a different environment for the dinner.
