Following on from the successful conferences for Bacardi earlier in the year Top Banana turned to PSP again to help deliver this event. This was the follow up conference to see how things were progressing, so over 400 of Bacardi Management came to Turin for an update.
The main conference was held at the Stadio Olympico (Ice Hockey Stadium). All the technical equipment and set and stage were shipped from the UK. For projection two Christie 20k projectors were on the main screens and 12k projectors on the outer screens. Live Camera, sound and lighting all was shipped out from the UK.
The first dinner was at the Martini Factory in Pessione. The second dinner was at the Palace and with access at 3pm and to be rigged by 7pm it was tight! The rig included plasma screens sound and lighting inside and lighting and sound and custom bars outside. But we made it with plenty of time to spare.
