We installed a zoned PA system to cater for video playback
and radio mics and lectern mic with a combination of Nexo and
D&B speakers covering the ground floor and 2 x balcony levels.
The presentation was run from laptop with embedded videos, video
loops were also played during the day from the Grass Valley Turbo
R. All data distribution was via DVI Fibre and went out to 1 x 103"
plasma 2 x 61" Plasma and the clients in house 42" Plasma.
The Rig/Derig was scheduled to be done outside of clients
office hours due to noise and disturbance issues.
All at risk floor surfaces were covered with wooden boarding or rubber matting during rig and derig to prevent damage to building fabric.
